Spirit of Hven 7 Angels St Uriel Single Malt Whisky is a limited-edition Swedish single malt available in a 50 cl bottle with an ABV of 45.3% (or cask-strength profile balanced around standard release metrics), crafted from an 8-cask blend featuring a touch of smoke.

Tasting Notes

•    Nose: Aromas of north Italian Cabernet Sauvignon, rich malt, toasted oak spice, butterscotch, fudge, mint leaves, banana, floral vanilla, and raisins.
•    Palate: Notes of melted butter, dried fruit, sweet berries, soft oak, and rich creaminess.
•    Finish: Lingering, warm finish blending sweet vanilla and gentle smoke.
Serving and Cocktail Suggestions
•    Serving: Neat or with a single drop of pure water to unlock hidden floral and tropical fruit layers.
•    Cocktail: Use as the base in an upgraded Rob Roy or a smoky-sweet Boulevardier variation to complement the Cabernet cask wine influence.
