Gamondi Vermouth di Torino Bianco is a traditional Italian aromatized wine. Crafted from a blend of Piedmontese wines—including 51% Moscato d'Asti—and infused with absinthe, Madagascar vanilla, and elderberry, it offers a highly aromatic, floral, and velvety profile.

Tasting Notes

• Colour: Clear, medium-intensity straw yellow.
  
• Aroma: Aromatic, intense, and sweet. Leads with fragrant white florals, elderberry, and a dominant note of warm, creamy Madagascar vanilla.
  
• Palate: Full-bodied and velvety. Delivers an ideal balance between the sweet richness of vanilla and the crisp acidity of Moscato, rounded out by subtle, harmonious tones of herbs and spices (clary sage, marjoram, coriander, and cinnamon).
  
• Finish: Persistent and aromatic, leaving a pleasantly crisp, bitter aftertaste (derived from Piedmontese artemisia) that cleanses the palate.
