Amargo Chuncho Bitters is an authentic Peruvian aromatic mixer featuring a 40% ABV and An 8.cl bottle size, crafted from over 30 native forest botanicals and aged in oak.

Heritage and Craftsmanship

Amargo Chungo is named after an ethnic group of Amazon Indians that resisted the Spanish Conquistadors.
Produced in Lima, Peru, the proprietary recipe uses local ingredients including Quina and Sarrapia leaves which proudly feature on the Peruvian flag. All the ingredients are macerated and then rested for six months in oak barrels before being bottled.
