Thibarine is a traditional, sweet Tunisian liqueur, often recognized as one of the country's national alcoholic beverages alongside Boukha. Originally created in the 1940s by the White Fathers (Missionaries of Africa) in the Thibar region, it is commonly served as a digestive.
