Nose:

Rich and inviting aromas of cocoa, dark chocolate and warm spices, with hints of dried fruit and grape must.

Palate:

Velvety and intense, featuring a harmonious balance of chocolate sweetness, spice complexity and subtle

bitterness.

Finish:

Long and warming, with lingering notes of cocoa and spices that echo the character of traditional Umbrian pastry.
