Paladin Agricanto 70CL
In the 2nd Century AD, Roman Consul Postumio Albino built the Postumio road, a 600 mile artery running the breadth of Italy from the Adriatic to the Tyrrhenian seas.
Nobody built roads like the Romans, before or since and it’s on this road, about 50 miles north of Venice that the Paladin winery now stands. These days nobody does food and drink like the Italians and in Agricanto, Paladin have brought all this quality together in one superb spirit.

Paladin Agricanto is a seductive and elegant Italian liqueur that masterfully blends the rustic heritage of the Veneto region with contemporary refinement. The name itself celebrates its origins, fusing the Latin word Agri (meaning of the land or field) with Canto (a song of thanksgiving for the fruits of the earth).
This alluring elixir captures a modern take on an old Venetian formula from the 1940s, when rural families would blend homegrown ingredients together at the end of a long day. Presented in a classic 70 cl bottle size and boasting a perfectly balanced 25% ABV, it offers an unmistakable sensory experience that enlivens all senses.
Estate History & Distilling Methods
The Paladin family legacy began in 1962 when Valentino Paladin established his first viticultural site in Motta di Livenza. Over the decades, the family expanded their presence across the Veneto territory, moving their core operations to Annone Veneto in the 1970s and focusing deeply on sustainable vineyard management and the revival of local traditions. In 1994, Valentino Paladin was inspired to create a restorative, premium after-dinner drink that truly channelled the distinctive traits of the estate's vines.
The production method relies on a precise, secret family recipe that marries winemaking with artisanal distillation. The foundation of the liqueur is a robust Raboso IGP Veneto wine sourced from the Paladin estate. This characterful wine is meticulously blended with a highly refined, premium grappa. Infusions of pure, ripe cherry juice, natural almond extracts, and a carefully selected assortment of rare medicinal plants and premium spices are introduced to the blend. This exhaustive selection process guarantees a flawless equilibrium between the fiery warmth of the spirit and the delicate fruit notes.
