Estate History and Distilling Methods
The Voyer family has cultivated vines and produced cognac in the premier Grande Champagne region since 1870, currently operating under the expertise of five generations. Their sustainable approach begins in 28 hectares of vineyards planted with Ugni Blanc grapes on chalky soils. Wines are distilled on the lees without added sulphur to preserve maximum fruitiness and depth. The resulting eaux-de-vie-aged between 7 and 14 years for this VSOP-spend their initial years in new Limousin oak barrels before moving to older damp cellars for slow, complex maturation.
