Forged Sherbet Lemon Gin (37.5% ABV) is a nostalgic, handcrafted craft gin produced at the Wakefield distillery. It takes inspiration from childhood sweet shop sherbet lemon candies, combining the traditional juniper and coriander dry gin base with a punchy, zesty, and sweet citrus flavour.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: The aroma is deeply bright, fresh, and welcoming, offering a rush of zesty lemon that instantly evokes old-school sweet shops.
• Palate: Extremely rich and highly balanced. It delivers a sweet, bold lemon brightness upfront, smoothly shifting into a nostalgic fizzy sherbet tingle across the tongue.
• Finish: Rich, smooth, and satisfyingly sweet with just enough of the underlying dry gin character to avoid becoming cloying.

• Because of its rich, flavourful profile, it is incredibly versatile and pairs beautifully with a number of mixers and garnishes:
