Forged Dark Spiced Rum is a bold, scratch-made dark spiced rum from Yorkshire. It is meticulously crafted in small batches using the finest grade molasses—fermented, distilled, and spiced on-site. This dark, rich spirit derives its natural colour from the rum and aging process rather than artificial caramel.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Elegant and charming with distinct aromas of burnt sugar, soft herbal warmth, and dark, aromatic molasses.
• Palate: Deep and rounded, delivering a complex profile of sweet vanilla, orange zest, star anise, and winter baking spices, all underpinned by a mellow, toasted oakiness.
