Toccasana Amaro Riserva del Fondatore (affectionately known as "Nurin") is a premium, barrel-aged expression of the classic Piedmontese herbal liqueur. Dedicated to the recipe's creator, herbalist Teodoro "Nurin" Negro, this special edition elevates the original 37-herb formula.

Tasting Notes & Profile

• Colour: A splendid, rich coppery hue, reminiscent of high-quality aged spirits.
  
• Aroma: A delicate, complex bouquet offering a perfect balance of sweet, floral, and herbaceous scents.
  
• Palate: Full and soft on the tongue. It provides a highly elegant and enveloping texture.

• Botanicals: Made from the masterly blending of 37 herbs, flowers, roots, and spices, extracted via a static maceration process.

How to Serve

Unlike the classic, lower-alcohol Toccasana, which is excellent as a mixer or aperitif, the Riserva del Fondatore is a true meditation liqueur. It is best served neat at room temperature to fully appreciate its digestive properties and the subtle complexities imparted by oak aging.
