Amaro Seta 70CL

The Italian word for silk is Seta and this lovely Amaro does the name justice.  Amaro Seta is a premium Italian herbal liqueur produced near Lake Como, characterized by its "silky" (seta) texture and a unique, nuanced flavour profile that balances mulberry sweetness with alpine bitterness. It features key notes of mulberry, saffron, gentian root, and citrus zest, often described as balanced, elegant, and aromatic

Aroma: Bright and aromatic with scents of saffron, warm citrus zest, and fresh Alpine herbs 

Taste: Starts with a soft, gentle sweetness (attributed to mulberry) followed by a complex, layered mid-palate of spices like cinnamon, and deepens into an earthy, herbaceous, and bitter finish 

Texture: Rounded, smooth, and, true to its name (seta means silk), remarkably velvety

Origin: Produced in the Lake Como area, specifically reflecting the local terroir and botanical landscape 

Identity: Inspired by the region's historical silk industry (the mulberry tree is crucial for silkworms). Each bottle comes with a piece of silk from Seteria Bellieni 1954 

Usage: Best enjoyed neat, over ice, or as a sophisticated element in cocktails (like a "Paper Plane" variant)
